In this particular sauce, Albariño wine adds freshness, a distinctive acidity, and a richness of fruity and floral aromas that complement and enhance its flavor.

Mussels (mollusks), refined sunflower oil, Albariño wine, onion, butter, spices, salt and corn starch.
